2. Pick a family and a plan
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches us. Lifetime access is a one-time payment; the monthly subscription renews automatically. You can enter a VAT number during checkout and the invoice will arrive by e-mail.
Already paid? In subscription management you can change your card, download invoices or cancel — without writing to support.
This applies to subscriptions bought here on the web. If you paid inside the app through the App Store or Google Play, the store manages it in your phone settings and we have no visibility into it.

Why can I not pay this way inside the app?
In-app purchases of digital content must go through the App Store or Google Play, and the payment options there are decided by the operating system, not by us. On the web that limit does not apply, which is why Apple Pay and Google Pay can sit side by side here.
I already bought in the app. Do I pay again?
No. One family needs one purchase, wherever you make it.
When does access unlock?
By itself, usually within a minute of payment. No need to restart the app.
