Terms of Use — Archistratix Baby Name Vote

1. What the app is

Archistratix Baby Name Vote is an app for choosing a baby's name together as a family. It lets you create a family, invite its members, add names and vote on them.

2. Account and sign-in

Using the app requires an account. You can sign in with an email and a one-time code, or with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping access to your own email and accounts secure.

3. Roles in a family

Each family has an administrator (the person who created it), who can invite members and assign them roles: administrator, contributor or viewer. Administrators and contributors can vote; viewers can only see the results.

4. Subscription and payments

The app is free for the first 7 days. After that, voting, adding names and inviting members require an active subscription or a one-off lifetime purchase; existing votes and results remain readable.

Payment is always handled by the App Store or Google Play, never by the app directly. A monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time in the App Store or Google Play. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with nothing further to renew.

The subscription is paid once for the whole family — the price does not depend on the number of members.

5. Content you add

You are responsible for the content you add (names, family name, notes). Do not add content that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.

6. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (Settings → Delete account). Names, votes and other content shared with your family remain available to the other members — it is shared family data.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". The lists of names are informational; whether a given name can be legally registered is always for you to verify with your local registry office. We are not liable for the choice of name or for its acceptance by any authority.

8. Changes to these terms

The app will notify you of substantial changes to these terms at sign-in. By continuing to use the app after such notice, you agree to the changed terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
