Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

Right in the app: Account → Delete account → Delete account permanently. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, with no need to contact us. It removes your profile (name, e-mail, user ID), your family memberships and your votes. Names and results you shared with your family stay with the remaining members — they are shared family data, not only yours; they disappear once the family admin deletes the family. Operational records not tied to your account (crash diagnostics, anonymous usage statistics) are deleted automatically within 90 days, and a log sent at your request within 30 days. How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play. In the app go to Settings → Subscription → Manage payment and the app will take you to the store's subscription management.

How do I invite another family member?

The family admin generates an invite code in the app, which the new member enters after signing up.

Is the subscription charged per member?

No. It is paid once for the whole family — the price does not depend on the number of members or voters.
